Glenn C Hickok CFP®, CLU®, ChFC®, RICP®, WMCP®
Partner and Private Wealth Advisor
About
Glenn spent most of his younger years growing up in North Central Pennsylvania, the second of nine children in his family. Glenn loved (and still loves) being outside, fishing/hunting, and helping his dad and uncles with farm responsibilities. Through his teenage years, he lived briefly in Southern Illinois and followed by upstate New York, before his family moved to the NY/NJ area.
Glenn met his future wife at a local youth group when he was sixteen and she was fifteen. After developing a friendship and eventually dating, they were married in their early twenties and began their family together. Their children Matthew, Michael, Annamarie and Arabella came along soon after.
After initially running small businesses, Glenn began his finance career in 2006 in the hedge fund industry. Due to his desire to help people in a more tangible way, he moved to personal financial planning in 2011 by starting his own firm. After a merger with the Heckmann Financial team in 2022, Glenn became a partner and the leader of the Heckmann Financial Advisor Teams. His leadership role is centered around ensuring alignment of planning philosophies, and world-class service for the benefit of every family we serve.

Adam Goetzka WMCP®
Private Wealth Advisor
About
Growing up on an 800-acre family hunting preserve, Adam learned a lot about hard work and patience. His childhood was spent immersed in the day-to-day chores of raising and hunting animals, caring for the land, and supporting the family business. Now, as a wealth management advisor, he applies that same discipline to help clients find freedom from their finances and truly spend their lives living.
Adam has been in the Northwestern Mutual system since 2013. He views his work as a road for continued growth and is always looking to get better for those around him. Adam is married to his wife Cristin and has two children (Warren and Reagan). The most important role he plays is a role model to his children. Teaching them the values of integrity, discipline, and hard work. That easily transitions to the services he provides to his clients.
Adam and his family live in Southeastern Wisconsin. He encourages clients to spend life living, and he puts that advice into practice into his own life too. Having been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS), Adam has a newfound appreciation for what really matters in life. When he’s not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, and they often spend weekends at a sporting clay range, hiking, hunting or at the lake (anything outdoors). Adam aspires to make it to the Wisconsin Sporting Clay Association’s Hall of Fame and maybe even compete in the Olympics someday.
